Executive Operations Virtual Assistant (Personal, Business & Deal Support)

Contract Type: Hourly · 10–15 hrs/week · Long-term preferred 30-day paid trial

About Me

I’m a university student with strong income, multiple active business ideas, and leadership roles. I’m building systems to scale deal flow, manage operations, and free my time for high-leverage decisions. I’m organized, direct, and value clarity and execution.

I’m looking for a Core Operations VA – not a basic assistant – someone who can keep systems running, track priorities, and maintain momentum when I’m focused elsewhere.

What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities)

Operations & Planning: Build and maintain weekly execution plans. Consolidate tasks from notes, messages, and documents. Track deadlines and recurring obligations. Maintain a clean, prioritized task dashboard.

Calendar & Follow-Ups: Schedule appointments and reminders. Flag conflicts or bottlenecks. Ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Organization: Organize Google Drive folders and documents. Maintain structured naming conventions. Keep records clean and easy to navigate.

Execution Support: Follow up on assigned VA outputs. Prepare summaries and next-step lists. Send weekly recap reports (done / pending / blocked).

What You Will NOT Do

  • Make decisions
  • Negotiate deals
  • Communicate on my behalf with private contacts
  • Handle personal conversations

Who You Are: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Clear, professional communicator. Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Able to follow instructions precisely. Calm, consistent, and reliable. Proactive without overstepping.

Trial Task (Required)

Create a weekly execution tracker template and briefly explain how you would: Track recurring tasks, Surface priorities, and Report progress weekly.
