This Executive Leadership & Organizational Development Facilitator will serve as a senior facilitator, leadership mentor, and organizational development partner, working directly with executive and senior leadership audiences across the enterprise.

This is not a content‑creation role or a theory‑heavy L&D position. The focus is facilitation excellence, executive presence, and credibility. You will guide meaningful dialogue, model leadership behaviors, and help leaders translate values into action across a complex, distributed organization.

The role begins in a co‑pilot model and transitions into full program ownership as trust, confidence, and mastery are established.

  • Facilitate leadership development sessions from day one, including executive‑level presentations and workshops
  • Build trust and credibility with senior leaders through strong presence, judgment, and facilitation skill
  • Coach leaders using a servant‑leadership mindset focused on accountability, trust, and people development
  • Read group dynamics in real time and adjust facilitation approach as needed
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts while owning delivery and learner experience
  • Gradually assume full ownership of leadership development programming
  • Consistently model and reinforce organizational values through behavior and facilitation style
    Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Executive‑level experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
  • Deep facilitation expertise with senior leadership audiences
  • Experience supporting leadership development in large, distributed organizations
  • Familiarity with Dale Carnegie or similar leadership development methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal judgment and ability to navigate complex group dynamics
  • No construction industry experience required
    Travel Expectations
  • Approximately 80–100 days of travel per year
  • Travel typically occurs in structured blocks of 3–4 days at a time

Why This Role Matters

This position directly shapes how leaders lead. The facilitator will influence culture, trust, and leadership effectiveness across the organization, helping ensure leaders at every level show up aligned, accountable, and values‑driven.
