What You'll Do As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you'll be the master of logistics, working closely with external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of aircraft parts, thereby supporting the company's material goals.
Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Working with AOG orders as required * Providing past-due requests to vendors * Handling maintenance/transport plans and stock reports to meet material needs * Providing transportation and development data to large workgroups * Resuscitating FMR or log pages with current vehicle data * Creating and resuscitating Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams for quality assurance * Maintaining accurate purchasing records and information within purchasing software programs * Assisting Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status * Collaborating with internal divisions and vendors to address any discrepancies in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity

Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * An Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/organizing skills * A strong inclination towards planning and organization * A long-term postgraduate education in Business Management, Operations Management, or Finance (desired but not required) * At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or expeditor role or production network understanding * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to think creatively and outside the box * Capacity to manage multiple tasks while supervising deadlines and changes * Ability to assist others and work collaboratively as part of a team * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong moderate limits and practices Preferred Qualifications * Proficiency in bolthires Office, including Succeed, Word, and Excel * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to think creatively and outside the box * Capacity to manage multiple tasks while supervising deadlines and changes * Ability to assist others and work collaboratively as part of a team * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $26/hour, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
