Job Title: 2D Animator Needed to Rig & Animate Existing Character Concept for YouTube Channel
Project Overview:
I am launching a unique culinary YouTube channel ("Cast Iron Traveler") featuring a human host and a digital co-host. I have a finalized, approved character design concept for the co-host, "Glitch"—a hyper-intelligent, impatient AI trapped in the body of a toy parrot.
The Inputs I Will Provide:
Finalized high-resolution character concept art.
Footage of the physical stand-in toy on set for scale/lighting reference.
Required Deliverables (Animation Pack - Transparent Alpha Channels):
Idle Loop: Just sitting on his perch (a shelf), blinking, subtle breathing movement. (10 seconds, looping seamlessly)
Talking Loop (Neutral): Beak moving to general speech patterns. (10 seconds, looping seamlessly)
Talking Loop (Excited/Impatient): Flapping wings excitedly,
talking fast, looking irritated. (5 seconds, looping seamlessly)
The "Calculating" Pose: Staring intensely, maybe a subtle digital "glitch" effect over his eyes. (5 seconds)
Requirements:
Proven experience with 2D character rigging and animation (e.g., After Effects, Toon Boom, Spine, or similar).
Ability to deliver high-quality video files with alpha channels (ProRes 4444 or WebM).
Please provide a portfolio reel showing character movement.
