Job Summary As a 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties.
You'll work closely with our service technicians and customers to ensure that their needs are met efficiently and accurately.
