We are seeking an experienced Account Executive, Customer Base Growth to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base. This role focuses on identifying whitespace opportunities, strengthening executive-level relationships, and guiding customers on their ongoing arenaflex journey. **About the Opportunity** As a Customer Base Account Executive (CBAE), you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of existing customers in the 250–1000 employee segment. You will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, industry knowledge, and a consultative sales approach to help customers maximize their investment and unlock new value from our solutions. By partnering with internal teams, including Customer Success, Solution Consultants, and other stakeholders, you will deliver a unified customer experience that drives customer satisfaction and loyalty. **What You'll Get to Do** As an Account Executive, Customer Base Growth, your responsibilities will include: * **Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers**: You will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of customers, working closely with them to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth. * **Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities**: You will analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex solutions, aligning with customer business goals and objectives. * **Conduct whitespace analysis**: You will map buying journeys and uncover areas for expansion, identifying whitespace opportunities to drive revenue growth. * **Partner with internal teams**: You will work closely with Customer Success, Solution Consultants, and other internal teams to deliver a unified customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. * **Engage key decision-makers and influencers**: You will build relationships with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT decision-makers and influencers, positioning arenaflex as a trusted partner. * **Maintain and update account plans in Salesforce**: You will ensure pipeline accuracy and disciplined opportunity management, maintaining and updating account plans in Salesforce. * **Progress opportunities through defined sales stages**: You will progress opportunities through defined sales stages, from Identify to Close, ensuring timely and effective sales execution. * **Build trust-based relationships**: You will build trust-based relationships with customers, positioning arenaflex as a long-term partner. * **Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota targets**: You will meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota targets, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. **Skills and Experience We Value** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **3–5+ years of B2B sales experience**: You will have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota in an account management or expansion role, ideally in SaaS, HCM, or technology solutions. * **Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota**: You will have a history of achieving or exceeding quota, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. * **Strong business acumen**: You will have a deep understanding of customer strategy, financial metrics, and operational drivers, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive business growth. * **Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills**: You will be an effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator, able to build trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. * **Comfort with sales technology**: You will be comfortable with sales technology, including Salesforce, Consensus, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools. * **Growth mindset**: You will have a growth mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment and adapt to changing customer needs and market trends. **What's in It for You** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a workplace that is inclusive and respectful of all individuals.
