Job Overview We are seeking an experienced
Advanced Analytics and Optimization Manager to. As an
Advanced Analytics and Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical models to analyze the effectiveness of our global marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions. This is a remote data entry job that offers the flexibility to work from home and collaborate with our global team.
Key Responsibilities Develop Marketing Mix Models for various business units to analyze the impact of marketing campaigns on sales and revenue growth Transform model results into actionable insights to help stakeholders understand historical media effects and trends in media performance Develop and deliver productive, insightful analytic presentations that provide consultative paths to key stakeholders Build and maintain various statistical models for arenaflex business units and business problems Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into business operations and validate data quality Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement data mining projects for the broader CIMA organization Essential Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and machine learning methodologies, including multivariate regression, mixed models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting Proficiency in R or Python for data mining and analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and present complex analytics to senior leadership Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research Preferred Qualifications High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining and analysis Prior work experience in a media company or analytics consulting firm Knowledge of marketing or media mix modeling Expertise in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies Experience with SQL and relational databases Ph.D.
or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. You should be proficient in statistical modeling and data analysis, with experience working with large datasets and complex data systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.
