We're seeking an experienced Afterhours Customer Care Representative & Account Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekends and nights (Central Standard Time - CST). As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative & Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing customer service requests, updating customer portals, and working with careerzynith Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates
  • Uploading documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, using Excel to analyze data and identify trends
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for internal and external customers
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, analyze data, and identify trends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A detail-oriented approach, with a focus on accuracy and quality
