- Perform a broad range of duties, including rotation through ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport
- Operate jet bridges and resolve issues related to flight activity to ensure on-time departures
- Handle cash transactions, manifests, and labeling
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient operations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect in all interactions
- *Essential Qualifications**
- At least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate various software systems
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and pick up items, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds
- Reading and comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures
