The Role As a chat support agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our clients' online presence, providing timely and effective support to customers through live chat on their websites. You'll be working with a variety of clients across different industries, each with their unique products, services, and customer needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, address their queries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on clients' websites * Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, using a document with answers to frequently asked questions as a reference * Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported * Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns * Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores Essential
Qualifications: * A device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop) * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service * Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions * Reliable internet connection * Availability of at least 10 hours per week Preferred
Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (although training will be provided) Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
