We are now seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join our team. As an Application Administrator at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in supporting the divisions by performing entry-level application administration tasks. - *Job Summary:**
As an Application Administrator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including:
- Manually building organizations and users in our new application, Link
- Providing excellent customer service to end-users, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Working closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials
- Assisting with the migration of organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components from our old application to Link
- Providing support to the divisions during their designated shift, which may include working from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, or 11AM-8PM EST
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)
- Excellent command of the English language (bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus)
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience
- Bilingual, English and Spanish
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
