Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence Architect to join our Cloud
Advancements Application Stage (AP) group. As a key member of our team, you will help design and implement our AI strategy to take our developer experience platform to the next level and accelerate application development within arenaflex. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying algorithms to large-scale data and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, using techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines, architectures, and tools to support AI model development and deployment Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI models into production environments Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and develop strategies for implementation Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new techniques in AI and machine learning, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customers Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, adhering to arenaflex's data governance and compliance standards Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Proficiency in quantitative programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, with experience in distributed stores like S3, HBase, Vector Database Experience with model deployment for experimentation and production environments Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models Strong comprehension of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve various business problems Experience with data analysis, modeling, and interpretation, including handling missing values, anomalies, and model performance evaluation Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, such as AWS SageMaker, bolthires Cloud AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, including: Strong technical skills in AI, machine learning, and data science, with experience in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong business acumen, with experience in identifying opportunities for AI adoption and developing strategies for implementation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, modeling, and interpretation
