As an Associate Client Support Consultant on our Chat Team, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to helping clients manage their business using our solutions. You'll work closely with clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide training on our technology. Your goal will be to help clients achieve success, growth, and continued learning.

  • *Responsibilities**

As an Associate Client Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving client issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Training clients on our technology and providing guidance on how to use our solutions
  • Partnering with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Continuously upgrading your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools
  • Adhering to a daily schedule and organizing yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls
  • Working overtime hours during peak seasons, such as at the close of the year
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons
  • A college degree is great, but not required; what's more important is having the skills to do the job
  • Experience noted above, or military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success
