Your primary responsibility will be to respond to inbound calls, provide support, and connect callers with the appropriate resources.   • Prior experience in a call center setting is required
  • Medical or behavioral health experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to work from home with a distraction-free environment
  • Valid North Carolina driver's license
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Willingness to work all holidays, even if they fall on a weekend
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and during potentially high-stress calls
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience working in a behavioral health setting
  • Knowledge of behavioral health resources and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs)
