Job Summary As a Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our HR data, focusing on benefits enrollment and associated processes. This temporary contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to excellence in their work.
Responsibilities As a Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist (Typist), your key responsibilities will include: * Data Entry and Maintenance: Diligently update and maintain accurate records in our core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, covering areas such as HR, benefits, payroll, timestamps, and absences. * Audits and Discrepancies: Conduct thorough audits to ensure the integrity of our HR data, promptly identifying and correcting any discrepancies. * Benefits Enrollment: Efficiently process employee and partner benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy in program details, dependent information, and coverage elections.
* Employee Queries: Address employee queries with clarity and efficiency, maintaining a library of response templates and ensuring proper documentation of all interactions. * Compliance: Work in compliance with all relevant policies, as well as federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits and data privacy. * Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams, including HR Operations and the Benefits department, to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Experience: At least 4 years of experience with complex HR and/or benefits data entry.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a strategic approach to achieving results. * Technical Skills: Prior experience with PeopleSoft highly regarded. * HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR practices, especially benefits-related concepts. * Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.
