- *Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish and is passionate about delivering legendary service to our customers.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
