You'll work remotely from your home office, using standard technology such as computers, telephones, email, and web browsers to complete work tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collecting information from customers and clients * Entering data into the central database * Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry * Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output * Retrieving data as requested * Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary * Responding to incoming calls and making occasional outbound calls regarding FEMA * Utilizing standard technology to complete work tasks * Completing basic call-related input in computer terminals to phone inquiries * Responding to all inquiries consistent with confidentiality and privacy policies and referring callers to alternate sources when appropriate * Meeting Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics * Tracking and documenting all inquiries using applicable systems * Maintaining updated knowledge of Contact Center performance requirements as well as corporate and project policies and procedures * Working closely with Supervisors in resolving difficult and complex consumer interactions **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED required * At least six (6) months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience required * Ability to speak and read English and Spanish clearly, professionally, and fluently * Ability to pass a federal background check * Ability to comply with moderate computer usage, including MS Office applications * Ability to work nights and weekends, as well as overtime and/or holidays as needed * Experience with and/or ability to use call center telephony equipment * Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks * Must be a US Citizen per client requirements * Must reside in the Contiguous US * Call center experience preferred, but not required **Home Office Requirements** * Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection * Internet download speed of 25mbps and 5mbps (10 preferred) upload or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net) * Private work area and adequate power source * All equipment will be provided by arenaflex (computer and headset) but must be picked up in our physical office located at Pharr, TX prior to your start date **Benefits** * Competitive salary: $19.53 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
