Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to. As a customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients via incoming and outgoing calls, and/or through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our clients, resolving common issues and addressing questions related to our products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the client's preferred language (French or English) Follow up, document, and update information in our databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Offer additional products and services to clients Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
