Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our patients, families, and staff. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume calls, phone screening Home Health Aide (HHA) candidates for job placement, and performing administrative duties such as data-entry and follow-bolthires to support staffing and managers.

Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls for our HHA's; by phone screening their qualifications, and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests * Provide accurate and timely information to HHA candidates regarding services, and policies * Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with HHA candidates * Analyze business needs and coordinate qualified candidates for hiring manager * Perform data entry and administrative tasks to update candidate information in the system * Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate hiring pipeline while achieving department goals Key Qualifications * Bilingual (Spanish speaking): Fluency in Spanish and English is required * Computer Savvy: Proficiency in computer applications and software * High Volume Call
Experience: Experience handling high-volume calls and managing multiple conversations simultaneously * Customer Service
Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience * Positive Outlook: A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service * Self-Driven: Ability to work independently and take on responsibility * Multi-Tasker: Excellent time management and organizational skills * Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills * Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Preferred Qualifications * Experience in Home Care: Previous experience in home care or a related field * Certifications: Certifications in customer service, sales, or a related field * Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages Benefits * Competitive Pay: $17-19 per hour, with bonus opportunities * Paid Training:
