Your responsibilities will include: * Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment * Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat * Assisting customers in navigating arenaflex's website and online ordering system * Becoming a product and solutions expert to provide accurate and confident product information **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) * Prior customer service experience (training provided for the right candidate) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms **Work Environment** Our Texas Branch is located at 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals.
