- *Job Responsibilities**
As a bilingual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective way
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
- Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Developing rapport with customers through friendly, upbeat, and positive interactions
- Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken)
- Residency in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, we're looking for candidates with:
- 1 year of call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer to create an exceptional experience
- Friendly, confident, and self-starting attitude
- Positive and quick troubleshooter
