As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
