As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers. You'll work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about arenaflex products, and recommend the right solutions. Your expertise in Spanish will enable you to effectively communicate with customers who prefer to communicate in Spanish, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about arenaflex products and services
- Identify customer needs and preferences, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and applications
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers, as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex products and services
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and survey results
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) required; proficiency in English (written and verbal) also required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Experience working in a customer-facing role in a retail or wholesale environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a similar industry
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
