- *Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing product recommendations, handling account inquiries, and building strong relationships with our customers. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
- *Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology
- Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
