- *Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology.
- Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
- Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.
- *Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.

- Includes $2 Shift Differential.
- Full-Time Hours: 12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
