About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual French and English Customer Service Representative to. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information from databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Offer additional products and services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: 1+ years of experience in customer service High school diploma or GED A quiet and distraction-free work environment at home Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge Ability to multitask and learn new technologies quickly A desktop or laptop computer for testing and internet access High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone What We Offer At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees and providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
