As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a critical role in building a world-class customer experience from the ground up. Join our inaugural team and become a foundational part of our story, helping to define the standards for a brand new market. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for: - **Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns**: Use your critical thinking and empathy to turn potential negative experiences into positive ones. - **Building lasting customer loyalty**: Provide personalized support that leaves a great impression, adapting quickly to diverse needs and offering effective, tailored solutions. - **Navigating multiple systems and handling multiple inquiries**: Ensure a world-class and efficient customer experience while managing multiple digital channels (phone, email, chat). - **Identifying recurring customer issues or trends**: Provide feedback to help improve the customer experience and internal processes. - **Ensuring consistent achievement of key performance metrics**: Meet or exceed targets for CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), customer retention, response time, and productivity. **Who You Are** We're looking for a people-first person with an intuitive understanding of the customer's experience.
