As a Bilingual Korean Medicare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving complex issues with empathy and professionalism. - *Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to Medicare clients via phone, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Utilize active listening skills and provided tools to determine the best outcome for each call
- Meet performance expectations, including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and company initiatives
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Handle primarily inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls to clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet client needs
- *Requirements**
- Fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
- Self-motivated, outcome-driven, and teachable, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate multiple systems with ease
- Proficiency with computers and web-based systems, including CRM software and other industry-specific tools
- Ability to work from home, providing your own equipment (Desktop/Laptop, Second Monitor, high-speed internet)
- Willingness to complete a background check and adhere to company policies and procedures

- Minimum internet upload speeds of 20Mbps
- Hard-wired internet connection (Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
