Key Responsibilities


In this critical role, you will be responsible for:



  • Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner

  • Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners

  • Educating and referring customers to other areas of arenaflex to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership

  • Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and balancing daily while providing exemplary customer service

  • Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

  • Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation to drive business results and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree can be considered in lieu of experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  • A strong understanding of consumer deposit products and services, with the ability to educate and advise customers on their financial options

  • Proficiency in Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with bilingual customers

Preferred Qualifications


While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:



  • 1 year or more of experience in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales

  • Cash handling skills, with experience in processing transactions and managing cash accurately

  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services, with the ability to educate customers on their use

  • Experience in a sales-oriented environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
