As a Billing and Technical Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional billing support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Offering technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services
- Maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhering to careerzynith's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or work-from-home environment
- Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm and familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
- Ability to work independently with discipline and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced virtual environment
- High-speed internet access meeting the following speeds: download = 10 Mbps, upload = 3 Mbps, Ping ms < 175 (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have ethernet connections)
- A workspace that can only be accessed by you during your work hours

- Previous experience in a contact center or work-from-home environment
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cloud-based applications and software
