- *Responsibilities**
As a Billing & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Entering bills of lading into arenaflex's internal inquiry system with speed and accuracy
- Learning and retaining industry terms related to billing, including National Motor Freight Classification
- Communicating any paperwork issues to our Service Centers
- Performing all necessary audits as assigned
- Entering proper Hazardous Materials bills as assigned
- Assisting Service Centers with any questions relevant to billing
- Assisting in identifying and communicating all issues relevant to billing
- Reviewing weekly Error Report for feedback and accuracy of corrections
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional data entry skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work late afternoons and evenings, as this is a 2nd shift position
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with our Service Centers and other teams
- A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
