Remote Video Operator, you will be responsible for supporting video production and broadcasting tasks, including live streaming, post-production editing, and quality control.
This is a remote position, allowing experienced candidates to manage media projects from home while collaborating with internal teams virtually. This role is urgently hiring, so candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply immediately. Key Responsibilities• Operate video equipment for live and pre-recorded broadcasts.• Monitor video quality, lighting, and sound for streaming and recording.• Perform post-production editing, including cutting, splicing, and encoding.• Ensure all content meets bolthires’s high-quality standards and guidelines.• Collaborate with creative and production teams remotely.• Troubleshoot technical issues during production or broadcasting.• Maintain digital archives and documentation of video projects.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in video production, broadcasting, or media operations.Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.Understanding of live streaming platforms and video encoding standards.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work.Reliable home internet connection and suitable workspace for video production tasks.Technical problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot video/audio issues independently.
