As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. With a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes, you'll be able to maximize your earnings potential.

  • **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Comparable Accounting Software**: You'll be working with clients who use QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software, so it's essential that you're familiar with these systems.
  • **Bookkeeping/Accounting Expertise**: You'll need to have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more.
  • **Customer Service Experience**: You'll be providing customer support via phone, so it's essential that you have excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • **Tech Savvy**: You'll need to be comfortable using technology and have a strong understanding of computer systems and software.

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • **Live and Work in the United States**: Except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington, where we are currently unable to work with contractors.
  • **Pass a Criminal Background Check**: You'll need to successfully pass a criminal background check to ensure that you're eligible to work with our clients.
  • **Be an Independent Contractor**: As a contractor, you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. You'll be required to sign a contract that outlines the terms of your employment and your responsibilities as an independent contractor.
  • *Job Type**

This is a contract role, with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour.
