Responsibilities As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients via phone. Your primary duties will include: * Assisting customers with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs * Providing guidance on bookkeeping and accounting best practices * Troubleshooting issues with accounting software, including QuickBooks Online and comparable platforms * Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in bookkeeping and accounting software
