- **Proficiency in Bookkeeping Software**: QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software is required.
- **Bookkeeping/Accounting Expertise**: AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other bookkeeping/accounting skills are essential.
- **Customer Service Experience**: Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
- **Tech Savvy**: Strong computer skills and comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns.
- **Strong Ownership**: Ability to take control of customer issues and provide confident resolution.
- **Friendly Tone and Professional Demeanor**: Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
- *Work Environment Requirements**
- **Quiet, Uninterrupted Space**: A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions is essential.
- **Organized Desk Area**: A clutter-free and organized workspace is required.

- **Personal Computer**: A wired computer with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system is required.
- **Broadband Internet Connection**: A minimum of 10 Mbps download speed is necessary.

- **Valid Antivirus Software**: Up-to-date antivirus software is essential.
