About the Brand Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners and build successful communication channels at all levels Partner with the Retail Category Team to set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for vendors Build and execute on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for vendors and bolthires Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience Conduct regular WBRs, MBRs with vendors, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans Utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas, including site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing Essential Qualifications Minimum B2.2 level German Language Certification is Mandatory, C1 preferred 1+ years of account management, project or program management, buying experience, or in an operations role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and publish recommendations and action plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with vendors and internal teams Preferred Qualifications Minimum B2.2 level German Language Certification is Mandatory, C1 preferred 2+ years of account management, project or program management, buying experience, or in an operations role Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related field, with a strong understanding of vendor management and account management principles Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and enhance customer experience Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and publish recommendations and action plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with vendors and internal teams Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and enhance customer experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
