Job Summary
careerzynith is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and implementing changes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior programming knowledge to develop their skills and advance their careers. careerzynith offers a comprehensive training program, including hands-on projects, interview preparation, and certification in Entry Level Business Analyst and SAFe Scrum Master 6.0 roles.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they are well-formed, traceable, and testable with defined acceptance criteria.
- Attending requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented business requirements.
- Creating test plans and test cases to ensure thorough testing and validation of business solutions.
- Organizing and maintaining the team backlog to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient project execution.
- Collaborating with the management team to develop new products and sales strategies, and working with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
