Job Summary As a Business Assessment Lead, you'll be responsible for conducting advanced assessments of complex business issues that impact our clients' experiences. You'll use a range of data analysis tools and techniques to identify pain points and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Your findings will inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve client experiences * Conduct advanced assessments of complex business issues using data analysis tools and techniques * Identify key drivers of client satisfaction and develop recommendations for improvement * Develop and present data-driven insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams * Work with data analysts and planners to develop data visualizations and reports that inform business decisions * Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that enhance client experiences * Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on data analysis and business acumen What You'll Need * Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business analytics, operations research, mathematics, economics) * Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Looker, Data Studio, and Excel * Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Hive * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI * Strong business acumen and ability to develop data-driven recommendations for improvement * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Experience mentoring junior team members Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in a quantitative field * Experience working in a client-facing role * Certification in data analysis or business analytics * Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools Skills and Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Strong business acumen and ability to develop data-driven recommendations for improvement * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Hive * Experience with data analysis tools such as Looker and Data Studio
