- *Responsibilities**
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Booking moves through our computer system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer requests
- Identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a respectful and professional manner, ensuring resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience
- Collaborating with other call center team members, sales team members, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding call quotas and sales assist quotas, both personally and as a team unit
- Following all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
- *Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Customer service experience preferred, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with moving companies a plus, but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people, both externally with customers and internally with company team members and other departments
- Strong phone skills, including diction and active listening
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Outgoing, friendly, and compassionate personality, with a passion for sales and customer relations
