As a Caregiver Lead, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest
- Keeping the job posting open with internal visibility only
- Ensuring that the job posting does not go out to job boards
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to manage the hiring process
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of job postings and candidate interactions

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
