- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure that our caregivers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our caregivers, providing them with support and resources to help them succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to our leadership team to enhance our care services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our care services and support our caregivers.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of experience in a care-related role, preferably in a leadership or coordinator position.
