  • Managing internal chat leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with our caregivers and clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of chat leads, including client information, caregiver assignments, and communication history
  • Collaborating with our caregivers and clients to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with our care management team to ensure effective care coordination and delivery
