We're seeking an experienced Caregiver Lead Coordinator to manage internal chat leads from AidQuest, providing exceptional support to our caregivers and clients. As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing internal chat leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with our caregivers and clients
- Maintaining accurate records of chat leads, including client information, caregiver assignments, and communication history
- Collaborating with our caregivers and clients to ensure seamless communication and support
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with our care management team to ensure effective care coordination and delivery
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage internal chat leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with our caregivers and clients
- Maintain accurate records of chat leads, including client information, caregiver assignments, and communication history
- Collaborate with our caregivers and clients to ensure seamless communication and support
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our care management team to ensure effective care coordination and delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our caregivers and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our care services and delivery
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in care coordination, customer service, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple chat leads and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience with AidQuest or similar chat lead management systems is a plus
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in care coordination, customer service, or a related field
- Experience working in a care management or home care setting
- Certification in care coordination or a related field (e.g. CCM, CNA)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and caregivers from diverse backgrounds
