- *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing internal chat leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with our caregivers and clients
- Maintaining accurate records and updates on chat lead status, including client and caregiver information
- Collaborating with our caregiving team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care services
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our caregivers, clients, and their families
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in care delivery
- *Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and their families
