As a Caregiver Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support services to our clients in their homes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional care to the client in their home in a safe and professional manner
- Supplying personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
- Assisting with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
- Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

- *Qualifications:**
To be successful as a Caregiver Lead at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
