As a Caregiver Lead with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. - *Responsibilities**
As a Caregiver Lead with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily activities, mobility, and personal care
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families, and communicating effectively to ensure their needs are met
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working collaboratively with other caregivers and staff to ensure seamless care and support
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services we provide
- *Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a caregiving or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and meet arenaflex's hiring requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and support
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Certification in caregiving or a related field (e.g. CNA, HHA)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working in a home care or hospice setting
