We believe that human connections are the key to providing premium service to online customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer support and experiences to our online customers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand with customers * Owning and using arenaflex products and services to provide authentic and informed support * Familiarity with the arenaflex site and media/searches related to it, including competitor products * Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations * Comfortable showing empathy to customers in stressful situations, providing a human touch to our online support **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Avid gamer with experience in console gaming (Xbox, Playstation, and/or Nintendo) * Passion for online gaming and current online gamer * Experience setting up and using wired and wireless headsets, including arenaflex products * Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially web search and navigation * Ability to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences **Our Mission** "Our sole mission is to help gamers play their best at every level, in every game."
