A Day in the Life of a Claims Customer Care Specialist As a Claims Customer Care Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
Your day will be filled with opportunities to: * Explain the claim process to customers and provide clear, concise information to help them navigate the system * Build meaningful connections with customers, understanding their needs and meeting their expectations with empathy and compassion * Provide timely updates on claim status and answer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism * Process claims payments, schedule auto and/or property inspections, and assist with rental car arrangements as needed * Receive, screen, and route incoming telephone calls and electronic correspondence with ease and efficiency * Clearly document all actions taken into the claim at every touchpoint, using online resources and claims knowledge to assist customers with claims-related concerns of varying complexity What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) * 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment) * A strong desire to make a difference through compassionate customer service * Empathy, upbeat, and friendly demeanor, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in the bolthires Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technology * Organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to adhere to procedures, agendas, and measurements in a fast-paced environment * Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal * Bilingual and/or prior military experience is a plus What's in It for You?
