In this role, you will be responsible for keying and verifying data from claims forms, attachments, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. You will work collaboratively with our team to meet production, KPI, and quality standards, while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. **Key Responsibilities** * Key and verify data from claims forms, attachments, and other documents within a data capture solution * Accurately capture data for multiple states, following different process procedures * Follow procedures, accept instruction and direction from leadership, and comply with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related legal regulations * Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information * Meet established production, KPI, and quality standards, and maintain attendance that adheres to arenaflex's policy * Work with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * Excellent typing skills (60WPM) and 10-key type fluency * Attention to detail, accuracy, and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and use good time-management skills * Ability to multitask, read, understand, and follow basic to moderately complex documents, such as operating procedure manuals * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing * Experience and basic proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet * 1-2 years of general administrative and data entry experience preferred * Claim processing, claim form, and healthcare background a plus * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **What to Expect** This hybrid role may require some on-site training in PA/Camp Hill. You will work collaboratively with our team, following assignments and completing tasks simultaneously as directed by leadership. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, interacting with team members, leads, and leaders. **Benefits and Compensation** The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
