Your primary responsibilities will include: * Keying and verifying data from claims forms and attachments, as well as other documents within a data capture solution * Keying information for multiple states, following different process procedures, and accurately capturing data with a strong attention to detail * Following procedures and accepting instruction and direction from leadership * Complying with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related and legal regulations * Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information * Meeting established production, KPIs, and quality standards, and maintaining attendance that adheres to arenaflex policy * Working with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel **What We're Looking For** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Excellent typing skills (60WPM) and 10-key typing fluency * Attention to detail and accuracy, as well as self-motivation and the ability to work independently * Good time-management skills and the ability to multitask * Ability to read, understand, and follow basic to moderately complex documents, such as operating procedure manuals * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing * Experience and basic proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet * 1-2 years of general administrative and data entry experience, with claim processing, claim form, and healthcare background a plus **What You Can Expect in This Role** As a Claims Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you can expect: * A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development * A competitive salary range of $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, with the base pay offered varying depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience * A generous, flexible vacation policy, a 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits, and educational assistance * Opportunities to develop your skills and capabilities through our leadership and technical development academies * A collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes innovation and growth **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we believe that nothing is impossible when you bring together people who care deeply about making healthcare work better for everyone.
