  • Help clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions
  • Oversee both inbound and outbound calls

  • Adopt an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required

  • Currently reside within the province of Arizona to qualify for this position
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
